Video Monitoring for your Home Security System

Are you concerned about home security? Then you should consider a home security system that includes video monitoring. An home security system with both video monitoring and home alarm can go a long way toward making you and your family feel safe.

Just as you receive piece of mind from having your home protected by a fire alarm and burglar alarm, you should add a home security camera to the mix. A security system with video monitoring gives you many benefits, including:
  • The peace of mind associated with 24/7 monitoring at a central facility.
  • Protection from break-ins, fire, flood, CO poisoning and other threats.
  • Experienced professionals who have handled disaster recovery and crime prevention scenarios.
  • Powerful, efficient computers and secure communications links with multiple back-up systems.
Video monitoring also proves invaluable when someone you trusted with your home violates that trust. There are many reported cases of home security cameras thwarting maids or cleaners who attempt to steal from the home. Video monitoring has even been proven to protect your children from abusive babysitters.

It has been proven that even the presence of a video monitoring camera, placed strategically outside your home and/or garage can, in itself, be enough to deter would-be burglars.

If you have elderly people in your home, you may want to include a medical alert monitoring component in your home alarm system. It includes constant monitoring, connected to a medical alert bracelet or other medical alert jewelry.
